haha i know
Hope ya know I had to copy your bike look! Once I saw it with that OO swinger I knew I had to find a bbr... Your bike is clean! Lol actually saved a picture of your bike and jordos bike before I even started to full mod mine... In my opinion you guys still have the top two crfs... There is a third dude in the UK can't remember his user name but he built a awesome full mod too...

Ha that makes Jordo the god father of the full mod crf then... Yeah I am sure it's hard to find some parts over on the other side of the pond but you guys seem to be all over the crf110... Wish this bike would have brought life back into mini moto scene here...

everyone over here are jumping on the ycf or bucci bikes at the moment the crf's are popular because kawasaki uk dont import the klx so honda are having all there trade lol minibikes is growing again over here but its just worrying that all these big money bikes will either make or break it here

I never saw any of these specs listed the OP asked about. Im curious what the difference is from the stock vs pax dia where you press into the lower clamp. Its been a bit of a nightmare truing to get this pax stem to work with these SSR clamps. With i would have just bout Marzocchi clamps but I'm kinda stuck with these unless i buy a matching hub (Zoke clamps are 1/2" wider than SSR). My stem fits to far up into the headset. Almost like i need a spacer but the pax stem is aluminum anyway too soft to remove. Its already destroying itself i just want to know if i can press in my stock stem i removed from the oem clamps or if I'm screwed because i drilled the SSR clamps bigger to accept the pax stem

You can't put the stock back now you drilled it out... What's wrong with your pax stem... Mine has been flawless after drilling my clamps and making sure that it sunk into my clamps properly.

Was having trouble with these ssr clamps that came with my forks. My machine shop friend drilled the lower clamp out like i wanted but he also drilled the top out to the same measurement thinking he was helping me out.... when i reality the top clamp stem bore is smaller. So a shim had to be made, later headset loosened and stripped some threads. Being aluminum its sort of a install it and leave it deal. Doesn't hold up as good for regular servicing over time. If it was salvagable id give it to you but its gone now
