Take a picture and post it on here.
I didn't need to space mine when I had it on there. (You might have been able to barely squeeze one thin washer in there)
I just want the picture to see if you have the misalignment spacers in.

Figured I would share what I feel is the best replacement shock for the crf110. So much adjustability and fine tuning for different riding conditions.
As everyone knows, the crf110 shock is 11" and fox floats are 10.25.. Luckily fox makes many different extensions for the floats. So just grab you the .75" extension and Bam! You got your 11" shock for $12 more.
Since the float can be adjusted for different riding conditions, you can keep it soft to match the stock front forks(100-125psi) and keep it level, or you can run it stiffer(175psi) which will raise the back end just a bit, but is a perfect match for stiff springs in the front. Then it will sit level with the front springs.

Figured I would post this for people looking for a good stock length replacement shock.

Also posting some pictures of an easy home made tool for adding the extension. Just need a 2x4 block, an old grip, and a 1 1/4 hole saw.

Personally I love the floats... I adjust them for every style of riding in a matter of seconds.

Enjoy!

Hey

Nice topic, really helps!!
Did you use a klx110 or crf50 fox float? I know that the size of the upper en down eye is different? Crf110 has 20mm and 23mm
