SSR SR160TR - Things to do B4 I Ride (Help Please)

I made a check list of things to do when my bike comes: please check it over and make sure i didnt miss something or have any suggestions or tips on how to do some of this?

Im stoked and cant wait for it to come!

Anyone familiar with ssr bikes? How much assembely is required?

Here are the things i will do before even starting her up:

1. Check the valves - Gauges .004 inlet .006 out ( I can youtube how to do this )
   
   
   
2. Replace Air Filter - uni filter (is this necissary or does my bike already have one? if not what size should I order i see they make 1" to 2.5")
   
   
3. Oil Change - funnel & 10w-40 oil & oil pan ( I can manage this)
   
   
   
4. Locktite all bolts - red and blue locktite ( I can manage this - i just need to know what to use red on and what to use blue on or can i use either or on it all)
   
   
   
5. Grease bearings - (what kind?)
   
   
6. Tighten wheel spolks – (is there some sort of tool or wrench for this? i read every third spolk)
   
   
   
7. Check chain slack (how much slack should it have? how to adjust?) - Chain lube
   
   
   
8. Bleed brakes - DOT4 (i can manage this but is this necessary or does it come good enough)
   
   
   
9. Stiffen shocks - (what oil? 180lbs)
   
   
   
10. Lube axles - anti seize lube
    
    
    
11. Get a bike stand
12. Get safety gear (Helmet & Gloves & Boots)\

Any thing I should add to my list?

Should i get a fuel filter? and should i get a fuel shutoff lever or does it come with these things?

1. Yes but can do .003in .005 ex
2. Not sure what filter it comes with but uni 1.75"
3.maxima break in oil is good
4.red- frame-subframe-footpegs. Blue plastics,etc
5.beaings should be fine
6.spoke wrench your want i high pitch sound
7.i do two fingersarond the middle of swingarm
8.not needed but can do it
9.can go to heavy oil but there fine
10. Yep both axles.

The braaap guys do a good video series on maintaining pitbikes and the stock air filter will work for a few mounths but always good to have a spare. Heres the link to there youtube channel just search through there videos and you can find alot of information from a good source in my opinion.

Thanks, will do. I just checked out the guides on tboltusa, exactly what i was looking for!
