Er, wait, is this track concrete or pavement?

Treated concrete, We road there for 2 hours on tuesday and after 3 laps I was dragging pegs in the turn...it hooks up awesome and It will be both tracks and its over a 1/4 mile long...Ya Baby. and Parts Unlimited is one of our sponsors.

Please post standards for the tech inspection, ie safety wiring, catch tanks, or whatever level of race prep will be expected.

The more overly preped you are for the worst , the better off we'll all be when it comes to safety for all of us and clean up times ;) ...

My set up will be this :

- No engine oil leaks at all .

- Safety wire the engine oil drain bolt .

- A small catch bottle (I'm use'n a baby bottle) for the carb over flow tube .

- I'm run'n my head breather hose out the rear fender area and have the trans breather hose t'ed into it so if I do wreck it won't spill oil out really quickly if should lay on it's side for too long ... Other wise if it weren't t'ed in , I would just have the trans breather hose also run into the bottle .

- I may also safety wire my cam chain tensioner bolt/cap also for extra measure :) .

johnny youll def see me out there. Id like to go in the full on hard core one to with up to 12 inch rear wheels. I see that i can get into 3 classes, this is gonna be awesome. With the track combined that rear straight away is gonna be awesome for some hard core passing at that back corner. This race is gonna be awesome i seriously cant wait. Kevin what do you do to test out the track and ride. Theres a lil indoor track in CT and im wondering if i go there and ask to ride if they will let me. obviously pay them but i need to get a lil practice in.

Yes, Its 6 weeks away and everyone has plenty of time to Prep their Bikes of oil leaks, Riped Grips, leaky cabs..Ect. Everyone will also be there at 11:00am sharp to set -up where you want to pit your bike. We have 30 transponders to use for scoring we have a moto staging area big enough to hold 30 bikes and we will make the time to switch the Transponders between the motos NO one will miss their Moto if they are paying attention. We have all day no Rushing But Dont hold up the Races. The Pit will be for Simple repairs such as: Grearing changes, Flat tires and minumal repairs..Not Motor rebuilds!

Hey Tom and Jay,

I go to a Industrial park and practice there. One of the Employees had a radar gun and clocked me on Korys bike at 32mph on the short straight on track 1. So that back straight will be awsome. I suggest everyone find a dry place to try out there tires. In 3 laps my tires were "Hot and Tacky" I got pirelli Tires.

Did you get any pictures of the track while you were there?? Not much to go by on their website. Just wondering how long the straights are and what the barriers look like. Not that I plan on hitting one:lol: Do you plan on using any type of bayles in the corners or anything like that? Maybe PU can help out with some tuff blocks?

HMMMMM So what do you think OLD SCHOOL 86cc or 114???? Wich ever it is Millbilly will be ready to rock!!!!!!

You have the Skill to win Bri, And I've already been braggin how fast that RC 86cc stroker is Stock. Now he wants to Pump it up to a 114cc kit. If it aint broken dont fix it. you can race almost every class with the way it is now. I know it will smoke 99.999% of the 88cc bikes at the event..Period!

Yes Jim,

We had a professional Photographer with us " Mike Keegan" he took video and photos. He will also be at the Event Recording the whole deal. Its deffinetly a quality facility the track is awesome the smallest track 32 is bigger than the one we were to use at F1 Boston. Barriers are plastic Tuff barriers that are held together by 5 inch (strap band) comealongs inside each one and Bolted every 5 or so have some give to them. Kory hit them at 26mph and didnt get hurt.....No bails who is PU?

I dont mean to be negative but....you said F1 was the best place in the country, now you say this place is. Which is it? It also says on their site, the largest on the east coast, not the US like you said.

You are doing a great job of promoting. LOL

Keep up the good work.

So we have to have little catch boxes for are carbs and crank breathers? or thats optional? I dont think we have to worry about anyone hittin the barriers if everyone rides smart.

Six weeks till the Race...... Do the Best you can to prep your bike Dont show up to an indoor race with caked on Mud leaking oil. I have my Buddy Tommy that I work with on the Railroad. He is a MMI certified Mechanic, 6'6" and looks like Shrek and will be instructed to not except bikes that are not worthy to run on the track. I suggest taking your bikes apart and cleaning them and checking to make sure there exceptable.

The Facility has carbonmanoxide detectors on every pole that sence and turn on the fans...Mint
