Great work! Now you need to get a studded snow hog tire for the rear and you will be ready to chase down Santa and the reindeer..

Thanks guys. I bought a pair of used skis for a 70´s snowmobile real cheap on ebay and modified it a little. Made a mounting with stops and a spring that lifts the front of the ski. The mounting and ski is removed in one piece and it is really easy and fast to fit and remove.
