We built 3 ttr 125 last year and started riding in the field next to my parents house. We laid the track out and did very little work to it. We put in one berm turn and worked on one little area to make it a little bit of a natural terrain jump. It has been mainly 1 line the whole time. It started out a little wider but we all ended up taking the same line all of the time.

This is a video of how it was. One section is completely off camber. It is hard to tell elevation changes on the gopro and so it is hard to see.

This one i took with my phone of my dad. We don't have cows anymore either.

We have now addes one more jump and a bowl turn. Everything still needs to be worked a little better but it is getting better.

Gopro with the new jumps and berm turn.

I changed one of the jumps already. The first time i built it, it was all top soil and i knew that wouldn't last long so i took the topsoil out and put a little lip on it. It is a nice little jump but i have to slow down to hit it. Which seems to be how the other jumps are too.

Our TTR's

I've been meaning to do a build thread but i never got around to it. So here is an abbreviation.

YZ85 forks and swing arms
bbr big bore kit
extended swing arm because it is almost impossible to find one.
xr200 carb
lightened fly wheel
ported and shaved head
My dad bought kx85 wheels on ebay for a steal and i built mine. People want a fortune for the big wheels.
rear master cylinder bracket that is welded to the frame.

Of course my dad can't leave a good thing alone and so he bored his out using a 63mm piston. His bike has too much compression right now. We are working on a compression release that will work with the ttr head. We roll his off for the time being which has worked so far. It really made a huge difference on his bike. We have a cr85 and i keep up with him better when he is on it than when he is on his ttr.

I am sure there is more that i am forgetting.

I made the swing arm extensions along with the slide washers for the chain adjusters.

T ro we will have to get together sometime. LongMooie, thanks man. the track is perfect for the ttr's but its a little wide open for the klx. I am changing my gearing today to help me out. I don't even use 1st or 2nd and i need more top end.

There were 3 of us last night riding. We had one guy who started the race for us. My dad is the one on the left and i am the one with the camera on my helmet. I am pretty lame at the starts and of course the time i did get a decent start my camera wasn't on. My dad is the lightest one and his bike has a bigger bore than the other 2 so him being faster and those 2 factors made him faster than us.
