Is a 165 big bore kit with has kitaco race cylinder head reliable or no?

Oh whoops i meant no its not a scut kit. Also what is the reliability compared to a 143 kit
Im wondering because i see a good deal on craigslist on a 110 with a tb 165 but I'm afraid it might be really unreliable or will it be fine?
the lower cases where bored by extreme ATV to except the tb 165 big bore kit, has kitaco race cylinder head with new valves and springs. Has a sick 110's swing arm with an extended I-shock rear shock, and stiffer spring's in the front forks, modenza clutch kit, and brand new acerbic plastic's. It still needs a 26mm carb and pipe but he only wants 900

I assumed that meant it doesn't have them? I just mean I'd be leary buying something that you don't know how it runs, and just base off what someone tells you.

The full skirt 165cc (64mm) pistons are just as reliable as a 143cc
The question is this:
Has the engine been properly checked for valve clearance with the combination of Kitaco and TB parts ??

It was done by a shop. so i assume its good
Whats a good pipe for that motor setup also would it need a 26mm carb or 28mm
