Bought a new 110 when they first came out and have bought the spring, dampening kit, rev box, throttle cable, new throttle, swing arm, air box, new carb from BBR. Well, I'm still waiting on my swing arm, carb and air box. My rev box took a dump two weeks ago and left me stranded. Sent the old rev box back and now they say its on backorder for three weeks. The throttle cable and throttle were so clunky and not smooth so I just modified the cable to work with the stock throttle. The only thing im pleased with so far is the rear spring, front springs and dampening rods. I know the bike is new but i think by now somebody would be able to meet the demands on the consumers. Anyone else have any suggestions on where i can get a swing arm , Carb and air box from? Sorry for the rant but i cant possibly be the only one on here with this problem. Im not afraid or incapable of modding anything I own so cutting something up or making my own parts is not an issue.

^ That is shitty man!

Remeber back in mid 1990's Harley Davidson became "all the rage" and everyone had to have one. Harley could of pumped up the production and flooded the market with bikes and had some quick, short term market success.
Instead, they played it smart, and kept their current production rate. What this did, was tip the scales in the "supply and demand" in the market place. With massive demand, and little supply... Prices of the bike jumped up the next year... and the next year, and the next one and so one for a solid 10 years!

Unfortunatly, IDK if BBR is that... Sophisticated.

My guess is, they have 2nd rate supplier that dropped the ball at worst possible moment and fubar'ed the whole damn thing.... Sheesh!

I spoke with someone yesterday from BBR because i am determined to own one of their bikes, however I have no intentions of buying a clapped out bike nor do I want to purchase one at 3 times the price just because. The guy told me that due to the economy they are out. He stated that they still do parts but do not have the capacity to produce bikes any longer. It would cost in his estimation around $100K for them to assemble the team to produce one bike. I believe that frames and rollers fall in that category as well. I hate that the bikes are no longer available but I have picked up a sweet Pitster Nitro Circus Edition and am planning on grabbing a couple more (another LXR but completely tricked out at the factory and a X5 for one of my boys) so all is well.

i'm waiting on a swingarm i know there's been a delay on stuff, and things selling out quickly do to the high demand for it that they wasn't expecting, there's a few of us in UK with crf110's now but not many tricked up like in the u.s, don't think anyone owns a bbr crf110 swingarm yet we've got a lot of parts on back order from bbr now, but suppose the wait will make it more exciting for when the stuff does arrive :)

LMAO. Harley and play it smart have never been in the same sentence.
Hence the $2.3 billion govt bailout they recieved in 2010 so they wouldnt go out of business.

fitted my bbr dampening rods and fork springs, with the bbr shock spring and it sits perfectly, but have had a few phone calls to the shop from people who have fitted the same spring and rods but used a dnm 275mm shock or elka instead of the bbr shock spring and said front ends to high after they've done this mod  not sure why
also the klx twobrothers extended brake cable is a direct fit to replace the stock one thats to short after doing front end mod ;-)

Hmm. BBR is usually pretty good. Who'd you talk to there? I haven't been doing alot with 110's lately, so I haven't ordered anything from them in awhile. If you talk to Larry or Duane-- they'll give ya the scoop.

I'd like to see alot more, and cooler parts for the CRF. I'm not sure what plans BBR has for the future as pit bikes are getting simpler and closer to stock. If I were a fabricator, I could build some chassis parts that would be inexpensive, and would make big improvements. Problem is that there isn't a huge market for such parts at this stage of the game, and it would be hard to justify the R&D. When I need something for myself-- I have to get it fabbed up locally. What ever happened to that frame the one guy was talking about doing? I haven't seen him even on here in a long while. --L*64
