Well here is my newest build I'm working on. My goal is to keep it all red barron as much as possible. Just a roller so far but plan on getting the motor tomorrow! I will try to keep up dated when new mods are done!

Well I got my motor today and I have a couple questions so any help is appreciated!!
Well my first question is about the electrical. Can any tell me what wires go together lol. Im lost because there are more female plugs than male.

and secondly I need some opinions and what carb I should run.. It is a 70 motor and it will have a bbk and I plan on putting on a Fmf 4.1 or a pro circuit t-4.

Didn't get a chance to look at my bike this morning to be sure but of the top of my head it is just green-green and black-black. Doesn't matter which exact wire if I remember correctly. Your kill switch will use up 2 of the other wires.

Ok thanks for the help man! And I am planing on either getting a 22mm tb carb kit or a 20mm. Do you guys think the 22mm would be to much carb?

Does any body know if Red Baron forks use the same fork guards other 50 forks?
They should be the same as Sano Bombshell forks but do not go just off my advice as I can't remember 100%. I do have atleast 1 fork guard for Red Baron 50 forks. Plus if you want to do a legit Red Baron build then drop a Daytona motor in that thing. Lol.

Would be cool to see an old David Pingree Red Baron replica

They aren't the same as Sano. The fork guards are much larger on the Sanos.
Friend used to have a set of Sanos is the only reason I remember.

I may have an extra set but I'm not sure. Might be able to get a set for you from RB though.

+1 on the Daytona. Love my 150 motor.

Great choice the RB Chromoly Pro kit, i'm running same set up since 2005!!!
i've been changing engine aver since the beginning, from china 125 to takegawa super head, now i'm running an Honda 88cc semoauto and it's the best thing ever...

too much engine will be hard to use on a so small ride! the only thing i don't like is the fron brake that i'm thinking on replacing with a formula one...
the sad thing is that there's no more RB official...

best wishes for your build!!!

So far the bike runs great but the build is on hold for because I'm looking to build/buy a 70! If any one has a pipe for sell let me know!
