klx110 pitster forks

Have a set of pitster pro forks for sale. Fully clickable adjustment. Cheaper alternative to zokes. Send to feal and they will be almost identical. Was planning on using on my klx but i went a different route. Everything included is forks, triples brake caliper brake master cylinder, the pro taper bars. Front disk brake wheel with axle and rotor And anything else pictured.
Update: Bearing conversion kit to put on a klx is expected to be here monday

They need a new brake line as there worn through in one spot. Needs front brake pads. And needs the front wheel spacers. They are the x4 or x4r forks from pitster.

Pulled the swingarm out of the forsale section. Have some plans for it. Fork setup is still forsale. Swingarm may go back up well see. I would like to sell it with the forks if i were to put back on here

Swingarm is universal for the klxs i believe. The L model has a different frame and lower bearing then the 02-09 klxs so you would have to call pax or pitster to get that bearing made

It will take a little work. The clamp will need to have the 110L stem pressed in..which means you'll have to bore the hole since the pister one is smaller. Also the little tabs on the bottom clamp will have to be ground down...Hard to explain with out seeing one in person..

I thought the triples were the same just a wider bearing. None the less its not a bolt on setup like the rest so i wouldnt recemmend the purchase unless you know what your getting into

All I know is the machine shop I took mind to said they'd have to bore the hole for the stem since the pister one is smaller.

Are you suppose to grind the lower tabs on all of them because i had no problem with this one. Its got full turning radius

I don't know. We might not even have the same clamps...Mine look similar but my tabs were spaced at 45 mm and they need to be 55 mm to work with my 2010 frame.

I just measured the frame neck on a 02-09 frame and it was 50 mm and not 55 like 2010+ ones. I didn't measure the clamps, the machine shop guy did...he just asked me to measure the lower part of the neck to make sure it would clear.

Yeah im looking at mine now and the lower tabs would deffinetly have to be moved in order to clear
