I've heard they are made out of grade 0 metal, so just buy some grade 8 bolts at your hardware store.

Yeahhh... I've tried that. Well the out come is not good at all. So it turns out that you can find anything higher than a grade 2 bolt at a hardware store. And that bolt is only 4" long. I know all you guys are going to say bull****. But the thing is you have to get a 12mm bolt that is at least 9" long. Yes you can get a 1/2" bolt in soft steel, That's not going to work. So i searched for a 12mm bolt (about 2 hours on the phone). I finally found a place in my HOME TOWN that has a distributer that can get 12mm bolts with an equivelent of a grade 8 and is just under 9 1/2" long. Which is perfect for me because i have a peg on my fifty. They only have five. I ordered 1 to see how it would work. It worked perfectly. Now i am going to order the rest of them.

Thats cool, a little research paid off....How far down from the tip are they threaded ? If you wanna sell one let me know ....

u could also build abillet hub...little more costly tho... the make it have 4 or 4 bearings, 2 on the outside and 2 on the inside of the hub, then theres not abig gap in there to bend ur axle.

i havent bend a rear axle yet...i bent my swingarm bolt tho. i had to hammer it in and out for alittle bit but i got a new one after i got really pissed off ahhhah
