So i changed the main jet on ny kamakaze26mm carb , i then adjusted the needle , turned the gas on and gas comes straight put of the over flow.. Any ideas why this happens? The float is in right and its clean, i have no idea whats going on

Well i dont have access to it right now, but i know what your talking about, does that needle thing just stop the gas from coming in the carb? I dunno how it woulda got messed up.. But i guess shit happens all the time

So ive been messing with this thing all day an i cant find the happy medium, either it doesnt leak and doesnt run or it leaks and runs , i cant figure it out! Heres a pic , im thinkin it could be my main jet, thats what i changed when this crap started happening..

The 26mm carb floats are not set correctly at the factory. They are WAY OFF - not even close. You need to adjust your float level to 26mm 1+/-, with the bowl gasket removed.....I would set it @ 25mm hard... I have also noticed that these 26mm carbs are dirty and have had clogged main & pilot jets brand new right out of the box. The debris inside the carbs looks like Oreo cookie crumbs - go figure.

If you want to send me your carb, I'll make the necessary adjustments it and ensure it's clean @ no charge. I can flip the carb in one day and have it back to you jiffy quick. You pay shipping both ways, probably ~$5 each way.

Bro , because of you , i think i fixed it, your my savior bro, thank you a bunch, now it doesnt spill gas and its running!, i had to adjust the float to 24mm
