I just read this when I woke up this morning, half of my country (Australia) is in flood the other half is on fire. It's volunteers like you who keep my Family safe (Thankyou) It made my day to see the mini community step up with parts, Im so glad to be part of this forum filled with great Guys and Gals. Josh as the father of two boys I can only imagine what it must of felt like not knowing if you would be able to pick them up again. Mate stay strong and I hope your back on top in no time, and the people who donated parts pat yourselves on the back, you make the world a better place. Best wishes to all.

I am truly overwhelmed at the response to this post. It is amazing not only what is going on in the posts but in the private messaging as well. If you know me I have no problem speaking my mind but in this very rare occurence i am at a loss for words. So, I read this and I wish this for all of you and the ones you care for.

"I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.

I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.

I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.

I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.

I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.

I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.

I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final good-bye."

They say it takes a minute to find a special person. An hour to appreciate them. A day to love them. And an entire life to forget them.

God bless all of you.

I have the large exhaust shield if you're still in need of one. Looking through my parts still for other stuff but I think that is the only piece I have. PM me your address if you still need it.

Recieved a box of stuff today. It is packed full of body panels, graphics and stuff. They are brand new. I can't thank you enough. I get Zach Monday night and I don't know whether to show him the parts now or surprise him when the bike is done. What do you think?

Surprise him in the end. Tell him where it all came from and he should really appreciate it.

Zach and I worked on the 50 today. I took a video of him removing the front fender. I was surprised he did it all by himself. Got the top end off and low and behold the jug has lines scratched into the walls. Not bad but will need to be bored .25 over. We got 3 feet of snow last night. I shoveled snow the. Came in and worked on the bike then snow then bike got done shoveling for the day at 830pm. Tomorrow...... More shoveling. :-(.

I think you might be better off just getting a new cylinder. I know boring cylinders is $60 at my shop. For that price somebody will have a stock cylinder laying around, or you can just buy a simple 88 kit, without all the goodies. It's not expensive, and the power isn't anything crazy.

Josh,

Normally, I come to this site and joke around, now I am being serious. Another site I was involved with, well a few to be exact have all stepped up when the cause was there. Personally, the story has merit. I am pretty much speechless and that as the many who know me, sounds difficult. Jordo, too has a son and it's the most important thing in his life. He can hook you up. It may have started with a stripped spark plug hole but the ending is far from over. I raise my helmet to you for all you have done, member's step up, it's the right time and the right cause!

Thank you TTXR. I came on the forum for a little advice and the out pour of kindness and concern has left me breathless. I not only consider myself a proud member but friends thanks to all that helped and if ever i can return the favor i will be their. My sons smile is ear to ear. I didn't think he would get involved with the work but yesterday he jumped right in and got his hands dirty. The piston is shot and will be working on the top end next.

Does anyone have a stock chain guard and hardware they don't need? I will keep you all up to date as we go. It is kind of slow but as soon as we get something done you will know.
