klx 110 build cont..

well getting close to the winter my last thread http://planetminis.com/forums/klx110-drz110-ttr90/179398-klx-110-build-start.html lost steam due too lack of funds.

so now im getting started again, hoping i can get both bikes ready for M.O.M this year as i plan on finally racing. today i ordered a 40 pilot, 85, 88, and 90 mains, and some needle shims to get my jetting good. i have matching custom graphics being made for both bikes waiting to get the rough drafts so i can finalize them.

next on my list.
set of Michelin starcross tires
pancake filter
fox float with 3/4'' extension
thicker fork oil and stiffer kx 60 springs
possibly extended swingarm, and cradle
everything else should stay the same untill i can afford a good mod motor.

let me know what you guys think.. ill post pics of the graphics as soon is i get them

my jets are estimated to be delivered this week so once they show up ill jet the bike this weekend. i sent the graphics designer a request to do my wife graphics pink plaid instead of green and to do black number plates, so i'm waiting to here back from him. once the graphics are done and on the bikes that's when ill be able to start ordering some parts here and there to get it ready

update:
jets came in thursday so ill be putting them in tomorrow.
just ordered a set of all black plastics thru tbolt. should be here this week, graphics should be done this week and ill be going up next saturday to have him put them on the bikes. will post pics once there on.

black plastics will be in today. but havn't heard anything from the guy doing my graphics so more than likely hes swamped and i wount get them till next week. tires and filter will be here by monday. so after thats all done next weekend ill be ordering somemore stuff. i would post pics of the bike torn down but my phone is broke and dosnt take pics.

update..

i should have the graphics on this weekend as long as the vinyl shows up. its driving me crazy waiting. got the new filter on and started on the tires but ofcourse not having spoons i poped a tube so im just going to take it somewhere to have the old ones spun off and the new tube and tires spun on
