I am going to make 7 Planet Minis engine covers with the PM logo today as long as there is serious interest. they will be $35 shipped and if more people want them i will order more material and run more off, so let me know and lets take a vote on if you want the logo raised out of the cover or engraved in. it will look better raised up but am not sure how they will hold up. they will be made out of 6061-t6 aluminum

You did run this by the owners of the PM logo, right? Intellectual Property Lawsuits can be a pain...

not sure who owns the site now...but if you pm the user fluentdesigns he can hopefully point you in the right direction. I'd just make sure you get it cleared up before you run any because most company's obviously want a cut of the sale...since it is their logo and everything

Look in the hoody thread for the site owners. Fluentdesigns no longer owns or has anything to do with Planetminis.
Sure it is, so long as the site name is part of it...as in PlanetMinis.com. And provided we get pics

I would like one either way you do them. I kind of like the idea of having the logo recessed that way I can anodize it one color and then powder coat the recessed another. I do powder coating and anodizing and I'm building a bike with white and red so I'd like to anodize it red then powder coat the recessed area black. I you make them raised, I'll anodize it red and the raised part will be machined down to the raw aluminum and polished then sealed.
