Here is the full specification for it;
Base Motor is a Honda xr50 setup. That's about it when it comes to being a stock motor.
Has Takegawa 54mm high-compression piston, matching Takegawa cylinder (painted black). Honda TB 51mm crankshaft. It also has the takegawa 5-disc special clutch. Head is a Honda CT70 setup, fully ported with a very agressive camshaft in it. Intake manifold is takegawa and carb is Keihin 24mm (you'll have to dial in the jetting but was perfect before the stroker crank was added) This is a three-speed transmission, close ratio version. (note it is about twice as thick as ct70/z50 gears and has the takegawa lay shaft). Heavy Duty oil pump. There is no ignition on this...you'll have to add one on.
The work that has been done to this motor is as follows
Completely broken down, soaked and degreased, scrubbed, cleaned
Replaced cam chain, cam rollers, gaskets, seals
Added heavy duty cam springs
Decarbonized the head, reconditioned the valves, cleaned the seats, and lapped them in
Honed the cylinder, added new rings
Added the 51mm tb crankshaft
Kitaco Oil Cooler, Takeoff, and Lines
TB High Performance CDI Box
Heat cured high-heat enamel (antique brass and clear coat) on the engine cover and clutch cover
Replaced 8mm bolts with stainless allen bolts.
New Iridium NGK Plug
Overall, this motor is in excellent condition and should produce about a 70mph on a street bike. On the dirt, it would be an awesome, in all sorts of applications.
