alright so the rear of my bike is almost done. got the rear mount made i used a big bike style BBR mount with BBR caliper and removed some material from the stock swingarm as needed in order to run it. welded a guide tab for the mount to go on so far so good. waiting for my break pedal then its time to make the resevoir mount. and waiting for my front breaks to come in so i can make the mount for the front.

looks simple but it is ALOT of work. need custom spacers and custom axle and need to bore out the stock fork legs and need to make a custom bracket and space the wheel correctly so its centered and cut down the guide tab for the drum break.. but heres some pics.

all that to put a 12" wheel on the front? why??? why cant you just get a 12" hoop instead of 14"

ahahaha..... i hope you are kidding but i think you are serious... thats a 12" marzochhi front wheel meaning im going to be running disk breaks on the front and rear of a stock 110 chassi.. they come with drum. people want disk. there no way to go out and "buy" it you have to make your own custom parts for it to work. so the reason for running 12" front is so i can run disk breaks and run it in the 10" class..

The only way to use 12in drum brakes on the front is run a kx60 rear wheel (spoke count 32) with the stock 110 front hub (spoke count 32). But then for the rear you have lot of work to run drum brakes (as in mount up a 50 wheel with drum brakes)

Btw sick looking set up so far. Let us know how it handles and i might try to do the same!
