I have a 2005 klx 110 134cc big bore kit with an yoshimura exhaust. Does anyone know the main jet and pilot jet setting for this setup? Also where should I have the mixture screw and idle screw set at?

Thanks
Thanks

[h=1]Engine and Carb quick check list - TBolt USA Tech Database![/h]
1)Install Intake manifold to head and carb, oil gaskets and tighten bolts lightly at first then torque then down gradually in a cross pattern to provide a good seal and avoid air leaks
Carb slide MUST hit bottom & you MUST have free play in the throttle cable

2)Make sure the carb is 100% clean, free of debris and you can see light thru both main and pilot jets

3)Double check you valve tappet adjustment .003intake and .004exh.

4)Make sure your exhaust gasket is installed properly.

5)Make sure all electrical connections are tight and you have a solid ground from the engine to the frame.

6)Check for good fuel flow and fresh fuel.

7)See our jetting guide and do a plug read.

Well I had the stock carb hooked up and that didn't seem to work so I figured I would give the mikuni 26mm a try which is what was on there originally. So I hooked it up without running the cable to the throttle, just wanted to see if it would start. Kicked it a few times and it started up. So then I hooked it all up completely and went to kick it and it didn't start. Checked the carb everything was good but the plug was black. What's the next step?

Thank you for the responses

Do you have a air filter on it? Could try I start it with out that. If all you did was hook the throttle cable up I'm not sure

No it sparks that's what I don't understand I checked the actual cable for the plug and it sparks and also checked the spark plug itself. Is there a certain plug clearance?
Seems odd since all you did was connect the cable. Try no choke and maybe giving it some gas. also maybe the slide isn't in properly

No I didn't try that yet. Honestly never thought about it haha. Think the valves could have anything to do with it?
Unless the valves are super tight it shouldn't matter. But it ran before and you did nothing but hook the cable up right? Maybe pull the plug spray it with carb cleaner an let it try. May have flodded. Try with the gas off no choke and maybe just a little bit of throttle
