Ok guys i'm going crazy here. I have around $800 burning a hole in my pocket. Please choose what you would do or if you have anouther idea please let me know. I'm just torn on what to do. I have a complete Sano setup with Works shock and i want some better suspension. The Bombshells i have are the 4" version and just aren't enough anymore. The rear Works shock is fine IMO i like it but doesn't seem to match with the Bombshells. I'm doing alot of Arenacross racing and plan on going to Vegas in May. Thanks

1. Buy some used Marzocchi or Stratos forks for around $800+.

2. Spend a little more and buy the new Sano LT6 fork.

3. Buy some other new forks that are around the same price around $800 or less. (please advise which) (staggs, RCM, ect....)

4. Just spend $30 and convert my Bombshells to 6" travel and buy a really nice rear shock and other little goodies.

hmm id get 1. the marzochis, also number 3 u can get the staggs sx pro fork but it will be chopperish

i say spend 30 bucks and convert them unto 6'' bombshells. Then buy an El Jefe shock OR an Elka shock. Post a picture of your bike, maybe i can find something you could use.

BTW, you can always sell the shock you got now and have more money. Or sell teh forks and buy shivers NEW.

i say just convert the bombshells to 6" and then maybe et them reworked by rjp or something and then get an elka shock! just my 2 cents

The sr6's brakes are not more powerfull then the shivers with the 200mm disk from matt, are they? because i have the shivers with the 200mm kit and those brakes are VERY powerful, like flip over the handle bars powerful!

Yes even with the 200mm kit the brakes arent as strong as the Magura brakes that come on the SR6s ... although the 200mm kit helps alot on the Shivers . Its the Magura caliper and race compound pads that makes them so powerfull ... Its a 1 finger nose wheelie setup ....
