Hey what kind of forks and rear shock should I get. Every one that I have seen has a suspension on there bike. So what kind should I get for mine. I don't want to spend that much money.
Thanks for the help. Another person told me that I don't need to do any thing to make them softer except ride it.My L is stock in both areas atm not even different fork oil....you dont need to do anything to it unless you really want to. Only stuff I have on my bike at the moment is bars and pipe... If you are looking for a shock look on ebay and the 110 parts for sale. For front end similar deal, look around and see what you like.
I really don't know cause when I first rode it I would case a jump and it feels really hard. But I think it might of been cause it was a brand new bike. It kind of felt like a steel rode for suspension. You want to make the suspension softer?
Rode my buddies and a hated it compared to my 05 with a fox and bbr springs. They seem to sit very tall IMO99tmsmith said:How do you guys like the klx 110L?
Well as you know I like mine a lot since I recommended that one to you out in Cali... Ive ridden an older klx 110 stock and it sits too low for me, Im only like 5'8" so Im not tall but the thing was just too small. It was fun, but the guys I ride with are competitive so we got L's cause they come stock with a clutch, every second counts haha, especially if you can make up time in corners. How do you guys like the klx 110L?
How much do you weigh?Sean311 said:I really don't know cause when I first rode it I would case a jump and it feels really hard. But I think it might of been cause it was a brand new bike. It kind of felt like a steel rode for suspension.
Like 100 lbs. I think I'm just going to just get rims instead, in till later when I actually need the forks.Markopolo400 said:How much do you weigh?

Idk why but I want that look for my bike. I was just wondering if any of you guys know if the front end will make the front sit higher?Jarret53 said:for options with stock forks are dampening rods, hd springs and like a 10w? oil
or kx60 forks with springs and oil as well.
I have older style 110 forks with bbr dampening rods and springs/oil and they are great
Well I'm getting those and I need a swing arm for them. To level the bike out. So what swing arm would level the bike out?Jarret53 said:Yes pretty much any after market front end will make your bike sit higher. Try and find a 03+ ktm65 on craigslist for 700 give or take. Buy it and keep the front end and end up paying 100 bucks for the front end
I am also getting thisSean311 said:Well I'm getting those and I need a swing arm for them. To level the bike out. So what swing arm would level the bike out?
