I don't see why all you guys are arguing. In short both bikes suck (stock). A modded Honda is really no different then a modded Kawasaki.
no one is arguing just stating opinions. and a modded honda is no different then a modded kawi is not true. weigh your options on parts out reall quick

klx110 you can run stock the frame, on the honda not so much

klx110 has a wide variety of parts, honda has parts for the 50.

Either way it's not cheap. I guess a lot of people just want something different from the norm. I'm never selling my KLX110 but I'm sure I'll end up with the CRF110 to park beside it in my shop eventually as well. Which of course I'm not going to build another full mod again (unless I buy a Piranha, etc.) so springs and simple parts can make me have a blast on a stocker. I think they look pretty sick though.

Where are you getting you can't run the stock frame?

This is a Honda. Fit and finish is 2nd to none. Every review I've watched/read has it hands down the best 110. The fact that this motor already is used in a scooter issued in Japan AND has performance parts for it already tells me it will be a walk in the park to copy what's already avalible to the Asian market.

Besides.... Who gets into put bikes to save money? lol.

the mini market has slowed down and this will affect the aftermarket parts for the new CRF110 there will be some cool parts coming out and infact already are from BBR and FMF and before long there be some more parts that will help adult proof the new bike. once i can fund one ill be making some very trick chromoly frames that will be custom made to the customer so you can run different forks and shock plus some other stuff;)

"Don't you talk about my child like that!"

Hey Jordo, chill,,, Quit arguing with the peanut gallery, have a cocktail and call the dealer once more. I called Marina del Rey Honda yesterday just for shit's and giggles and thay don't have their's in yet either...

TTXR Out~~

In engineering terms: The frame on the KLX110 has an extremely high moment of inertia when compared to the Honda 50 and 70 frames.

In layman's terms: The fact that the KLX frame near the steering tube is a rectangle with a much longer height than width makes the frame extremely strong when compared to a round tubing frame like the ones found on the CRF50 and 70.

There is a reason everyone swaps out the stock 50 frame on full mod builds for a frame of different material (chromoly, aluminium...etc).

It's because this happens...http://planetminis.com/forums/crf50/98669-my-biked-choppered.html

I have not seen a CRF110 frame yet.

Actually...

From that picture the frame has a striking resemblance to the KLX frame after all...Way stronger than Honda's previous offerings.

And Jordo, I hate to burst your bubble, but Honda's fit and finish is 2nd...Behind KTM.

If your an adult looking to get the crf110f stay away from it. This bike is only good for a light kid that will only ride the trails. I got this bike for my youngest boy and it has not held up at all, small jumps has bent the main frame under the fuel tank, he hit a branch in the trail and curb checked the rim, slid on some pine needles dropped the bike and bent the handle bars pretty bad.
this bike has been dogged by the 2014 yamaha ttr110 both bikes purchased at the same time, the yamaha has seen as much abuse as the honda and has no damage.
the honda will kick the crap out of the yamaha in a race but that's about it. The new honda crf110f don't deserve the honda name.
Tag on bike says made in China.

I have a KLXl and a CRF. The Honda is waaaay to soft for and adult, but probably sweet for the intended kid. Power is deceiving, it seems way slower then the KLX until you race side by side. Handling goes to the Honda big time. Both are a blast, but two totally different bikes.

If you were buying one to ride essentially stock, which would you choose ??
