So whos got a 120cc bb kit on their 100? Ive been scrolling the pages of the web and finding lots of little extras the seem like a good idea. I dont know if they are a good idea/needed/or dont really do much. Ive seen a couple different brands of a few parts so im just going to list them and if anyone can comment their opinion on any of them.

High flow oil pump
revbox
shower heads for example -> DAYTONA : Normal head for Shower head cover [65893]
any sort of clutch upgrades
porting polishing the head
lightened flywheel

The only obvious upgrade to me is a bigger carb but not too big, just trying to squeeze the power out of the 120bb. So im just really wondering if i really do need anything else for the kit, sure you can toss alot of money at it but if the kit itself will do very well then ill just leave it.

Cheers guys looking forward to opinions.

High flow oil pump a definte yes
revbox in my opinion they are a waste of money
shower heads for example -> DAYTONA : Normal head for Shower head cover [65893] not a must but the ole uprights love to cook cam's and cam journals so extra lubrication to the cam help
any sort of clutch upgrades going to need HD springs will be needed for additional output. if your really feeling fancy chp hyper plates reduces mass/ reduce clutch fad/ and better grip
porting polishing the head - not a must but if done properly can yield good gains. depending on budget your trying to stay in oversizing intake +2mm and leaving X side factory really helps perk up the ole tail dragger
lightened flywheel again not a must but really helps get the ole gal spooled up from corner to corner

NP. i def would bare minimum pick up a HV pump and HD clutch springs. all the xr heads minus takegawas stage 3 and +R don't have bearings and have a notorious way of cooking cams and cam journals. the 120 kits i have done in the past i have gotten the clutches to slip, with a set of HD clutch springs that cured the issue. minus the rev box all of the other items you have listed will give you noticeable/good gains when your ready for my hp/ready to spend the $$ lol

im basicly just building a fast trail banger/racin with buddies, i dont think i would ever spend the money on super +Rs and all that fancy stuff though it will happen once i win the lottery :D

All i want is a bullet proof mini built motor

i was just going to get a kit from EBC or Bennetts, they make full clutch kits with HD springs and they run me about $70 for the kit or like $10 for just HD springs (this is my cost cause i work at a small engines dealer) . Ive heard of guys putting cr85 plates and fibers in but i dont know if they are a direct drop in.

I thought the XR200 carb was 26mm... ATC200X is 24mm.
