Or if youre worried about a tiny ding that you wouldnt even be able to see unless you were looking for it, then pay full price!!!!!!! Ive ordered parts from dealers and got them in worse shape.

I wouldnt be upset if he wouldnt have described them as BRAND NEW and never have had tires mounted on them yet they have someones initials engraved in them and tire iron marks from putting tires on them? I didnt say I got ripped off on the price I paid. Im pissed because he said they were brand Fricking new? And brand new rims dont have gouges in them do they? I care that people can't accurately describe condition of parts but you guys are right you shouldn't buy used parts without seeing them in person first I guess.

Thank you Grey73. I wasn't trying to argue what I paid with anyone and I did learn my lesson if you want something brand new buy it from a dealership or company not off a forum. I believe alot of people would be upset if they bought an exhaust for example that was described as brand new and never mounted and they recieved it and it had lots of scratches and gouges in it. I just don't understand how something gets that beat up just "sitting in your garage" is all.

I would definitely object to those rims being called "basically brand new" if I had bought them and thats what showed up. The dings look like they are all cosmetic but still, they're pretty dinged up. Some people wouldn't care about all the nicks and lace them up and go but some people are more particular than that. As a guy that sells a lot of 50 parts around here, I would never in a million years call those rims "basically brand new" because then people expect to get stuff that really is like new.
