The biggest unknown IMO is swingarm diamentions. The fork/triple clamp/steering stem appear to be the same as the 70. The swingarm however is harder to judge if it's the same from the pics.

if i remember right they are still using a 13mm carb which will completely kill this bike. could throw a 20mm carb on to help but would need to do some serious port work considering it ports probably matched for the tiny carb. and whos to say how big the valves are too. im just voicing my opinion but if anything i said was wrong or you disagree lmk. im all ears and like to expand my knowledge

It's took 12 years to bring a bike into the mini scene (klx110) maybe 10 years forgot which year they came out but anyways too that long to come out with some mod parts then parts to make a full mod and die out completely so there's no tellin how long it will be to make parts for this maybe 5 years surely not but I hope bbr and other companies are chewin their nails and itchin to wonder how to make full mod parts for this hopefully it'll create a spark like said and we will have a mini mini scene back lol.... I wish they would at least make parts on demand bc I know they still have to have all there tools and equipment so why can't I send them X amount of cash to build me a v3 frame kit Or X amount of cash to build me a supercomp for my 2010

IMO stock for stock a ttr vs any klx/drz the ttr is hands down a better bike. It just sucks they don't have the after market For the ttr because I think it would be much more of a hit to adult buyers...I'm hoping the crf isn't that way but I don't really see it having an after market like the drz/klx

sadly it does not work the way you think it does, the amount of man hours designing a part and then doing a few prototypes etc etc then you to make something like a frame that has many parts its just not cost effective to make enough for one frame, fast50 said they would need to make 50 frames per run to be cost effective

I agree with Modded, from an engineering standpoint they should be able to fire up the machines and make a V3 frame right now if they wanted too, the only variable being if they had the welders still employed. That is if they still have the tooling in place in their shop, which I'll bet they do. It's not like they deleted the CAD drawings of anything when the mini scene slowed down.

I think I will have the first full mod CRF110 on here. I'm getting 2 the day they come out. One for my son and one for daddy. 48 hours after I get it I'll post full mod pics on here... Garrenteed.
I was just talking to josh about this at AMS. After seeing your 70 I don't doubt this statement

again it dont work the way you think, to buy the blocks of aluminum for one frame would be more expensive than buying a bulk mount for 50 frames
plus the BBR frames has the box section that is made for them this is not an off the shelf material its custom made for BBR. even the billet 70 from fast50s wasnt cost effective for them to make one frame for me due to they have all the billet parts made buy a sister company and they need to do a run of 50 to be worth while
trust me i tried to get a 70 frame made

Damn dude! Small world! I was just on the phone with him too. He's gonna try to beat Lancaster Hondas quote. Yeah Josh and I had some build offs back in the day! (lol like 2004-ish)

I had a 04 fiddy with Tackagawa 6 speed trany magnesium clutch cover and Takegawa.......? 117cc stroker I think. Had inverted forks off a Cobra, BBR frame, BBR swinger, full wheels, inner rotor... <-- the good one that's $480, not the Chinese $30 one.... List goes on for days! Had about $11k in that phucking bike!!!

Anyway, nice to see a local guy on here. We should moto. Where you ride?

X2 market just isnt there anymore and it's not cost effective as long said, can't say it any better than he already has...

Ha I can imagine.

Hopefully they can get ya fixed up I work in parts over here so if you ever need anything lmk I can usually match prices on things and get just about anything. My name is Tyler btw. Me n my buddies all have pretty much stock 110's. Just 143's and the typical suspension/seat/bar type stuff. We ride anywhere we can lol always looking for new people to ride with and places to ride for sure. I think I saw your 70 at blue diamond I was down with josh n those guys on big bikes

It sucks it's that way but I don't own anything stock so the ttr won't work. Gytr makes the cam n carb and powroll makes the big bore but it's not really BIG. The new klxs are lame to me I love my 05 and if anything brakes you can always upgrade and it's nice to have that option

Looks like Josh is going to make it happen! He said they were only gonna order one before i called asking about 2 of them. lol I have a solid pit bike track we can ride at. With all of us be an awesome moto sesh for sure. My job gives me access to any brand new heavy equipment I could want. So needless to say my son is a bit spoiled about back yard tracks! If I had 1/4 of it when I was a kid....!
And yeah that was me at blue diamond. That was the last time I rode that bike. I posted pics of it on here and dude hit me up and offered top dollar for it. So off it went. Now I sit at work all day and do nothing cuz I just can't function knowing that my new 110's are so close but so far away! lol

I agree 100%. In fact they are so damn good I rode one and couldn't believe how much power it made... AND HOW SMOOTH it put it to the ground. Jumped off the TTR and jumped back on my son's stock CRF70 and spun 2 laps ..... Got this 2 days later...

Well dude when you stop in ask for Tyler in parts. I see bbr has springs n a pipe already so ok sure it won't be long and parts will be flowing. Hoping the tranny gearing is decent and not goofy like ye 70 that I rode
