This one is on my stock 04 crf50, it is my sons bike. I started it for him and was letting it warm up, then as soon as he put it in gear to take it off it died and I have not been able to get it to restart since that. It didnt show any other symptoms or signs I rode it 2 days ago and it was flawless. Can anyone help?

Yeah key was on switch was in the run position has a full tank and is getting gas, I pulled the plug and it was wet. I am also still getting plenty of spark.

If your positive it has spark pull the plug and dump a little gas in the cylinder( very little, capful of a quart jug for ex) kick it and see if it fires, if it does then you have a fuel issue, if not the only thing I can imagine is it jumped timing,it has to be fuel or ignition, it takes alot of compression loss for these not to run and I doubt you have that problem, keep me posted.

Maybe the petcock isn't letting gas through. Happened to me and felt stupid

Got it figured out I was still getting spark but where the plug wired and cap come together got pulled apart just a little. Talk about feeling stupid...
