It's down to a +10 or +16 for a streeter.

Any reasons NOT to buy a +16?

It's your bike, your call.

I suspect the long arm will actually handle better especially at speed but to me they just look awkward. 69z50 has the best looking Z50 I've seen so far, it's proportioned perfectly and is my inspiration, whatever length arm he settled on is the way to go IMO.

HFM - why do you think it's too long? Aesthetics? Handling?

T Smith - 69's is an awesome bike. It's easily one oft favorites. I think he actually went with the +1 from TBparts.
Just personal opinion.. It didnt work for my application, but I am running shorter shocks and I am also going for a different look entirely. Congrats on the purchase.

BellyUpFish, I assume this +16cm arm you ordered is a Piranha? When do you expect to get it? I'm thinking about the +10 Piranha arm, just wondering how the quality stacks up. I'm also wondering about the CHP +10 arm and emailed him for some on bike pics but he said he didn't know if he had any. Either one will probably require 305mm or 330mm shocks and I just ordered 280mm's. I'm kinda changing course in mid build, I'm wanting to go Heidenau K75 road tires now, maybe even 10" which would definitely need the extra arm length. I noticed now that I have put all that time and effort into stripping, priming, painting my rims that one of them is bent pretty bad, a pair of new halves are $68 or so, and I could put that towrd aluminum rims but I've got 3 lug hubs so I need hubs, it's a vicious cycle. Any body got a set of 4 lugs hubs they'll part with CHEAP?
