Nice try Vince, fabricating a $10,000 invoice to save face. Funny how we come on a forum to call you out and we finally get a response from you - exactly what we anticipated.

Why no response to all of our pms, emails and voice mails? Heck we even stopped saying who we were when we call just to get past the warden at RC.

Case in point; today we had our parts guy darren call (again) and say that it was "darren from toronto" instead of "darren from NBX" and he finally got to speak to you. Weird. But before he could tell you he was from NBX you proceeded to bash us and said to him that instead of dealing with NBX he should deal with you directly...is that anyway to treat your Canadian Distributor? Tell the customer to go directly to you? why? so you can take all the orders? Interesting conversation but we let it slide -careful what you say and to who.

As for the parts order, that was at least 3 weeks ago, not this past Monday, we had to re-submit it b/c your sales manager & parts guy apparently miss placed it (I guess it was the black hole you speak of) if you're going to air the facts for everyone - at least get them right.

It's too bad it takes a forum post to get a response from you, we got your attention so mission accomplished. Now if you want to take care of business like professionals have the decency to call us.

I've had a hard time keeping my bike running as well. It has been 30-50 degrees here and after reading these posts took the carb apart. I had debris in the pilot jet, which would only come out after running my torch tip cleaners as they were the only thing small enough to fit through the holes compressed air wouldn't do it, the float was set way to high and my main jet is a to small as I had to raise the needle all the way up to get it to run correctly. Obviously the main size had something to do with the temp as we are pretty close to sea level here.

I dont know much about your company but Vince is always acting like a professional to me and all of the other people that I know that have bought bikes or stuff from him. It looks like you are unprofessional whining on a forum calling Vince a lier.

(Normally i would stay out of something like this since it doesnt involve me)Well I dont think any company that posts another companies info such as invoices ect. Is professional at all.Thats private info.

I have been a closet member on this forum for a few months, great information I love it. But, being a district manager for a large retail chain, I had to post up.

I can not believe that a company would post such a dis-respectful comment like that in a public forum, about a distributor, who is trying to promote your name for you and generate sales for "YOUR" company. I would think you would be very thankful to them instead and keep business matters and numbers private. Those are some big HUEVOS your swinging!!!

ROCK ON PM'rs!!!

guys, coming on planet minis in public to get answers was the last thing we wanted to do...but as it turned out, it was the last thing we could do to get answers for our customers. I knew we wouldn't earn too many friends, but I got the insight I was looking for.

As for the other Vince at t-bolt, the few times we've communicated the guy has been awesome and very helpful.

It is possible that water got into the CDI box. Does it start up and then just run poorly and die when you give it throttle????

it did start then die. Yes it would run poor then i would give it throttle then it would die Now it doesn't start. Ive gone over all the connections, cleaned the carb. Checked for spark on the plug. nothing.

Yamadirt you could of shorted out your stator. I always remove the left side cover after washing and dry it out by blowing air in around the stator then I hit it with WD40 or any similar lubricant this will keep it from building up any oxidation Then after all the clean up I always hit the bike with a gang load of silicone spray all around the wires and motor to keep the moister away.

Oh and normally when a CDI goes it goes there is no in between it just stops working. So if it just started to sputter its very possible you have had some oxidation build up in your stator or your CDI just went out either way give me an email or a call we will get you fixed up and back on the dirt.

If a carburetor or some wiring issue comes up we have you covered.

K well i bought the bike from steve at NBX and i haven't called him yet. I just threw this out there. I'm gonna work on it tommrrow and contact him if i got some issues. If i did short something out then is it an easy fix?

Other Than These "mInor" Problems, Is It Worth The Money?? I Wanna Ride Sumtin ,Not Fix It..

AND NOT TO STEP ON SOMEONES SHOES, BUT WHY DISS YOUR DISTRIBUTOR?? THEY ARE THE ONES THAT ARE GOING TO PUT THE "MOOLAH" IN YOUR POCKET AND EXPOSING THEM LIKE THIS IS "UNCOOL". HOPE U 2 RESOLVE IT..KINNA SUCKS WHEN YOUR TRYING TO PROMOTE YOUR PRODUCT THEN SHOOTING DOWN THE PEOPLE THAT WOULD/SHOULD PROMOTE IT..

WHAT KIND OF BUSINESSMAN BASHES HIS DISTRIBUTOR??? That is so uncalled for to bring up invoices on a public forum. I knew this guy was no mechanic when he tells a guy to change his jetting when the bike ran fine but now stall, now I know he is not a good businessman either.
