any idea if Red Bud will have a pitbike class friday night on the small track? i watched a few years ago and it was a pretty big turnout.

We (Sano) put on the first pitbike race there years ago and helped do it each year after.
I'm the announcer there now during that weekend and last year was the first year we didn't do it.
I'll find out if we can do it again.
How many guys would want to do it?
Fri Night or Sat night after the national? Or both?

we had 32 stock 110's at our race last month. i'm sure I could get a few of them to go.

I can't make it obviously due to location but I would think just an open class would be best. That way the guys on stockers can screw around and the guys that want to race full mods can pull away and race.
I'd have at least 2 guys, willing to bet at least half the people from summit would come, that's 15 guys right there
no way to run an outlaw race? im assuming that the AMA card thing would be becasue of the insurance non sense?
my buddy told me he emailed one of the guys that runs it and they told him no pitbike race ???
Yup so far its this weekend and no pitbike race? lol I dont see why they cant hold one they will have the people come as from what i see in this thread and im sure there will be spectators to watch us. Even if it was not for money or serious have it just for fun like a backyard event to just having a race for fun just to get people to notice our sport or interested i mean even some pros ride around on pitbikes... Its a shame i would be there for sure even with this hot weather.
