just a quick note to let everybody know that the schedule will be out in a few weeks ,,
this year we will have ride days at happy ramblers with a one moto race at the end of the day ,, more info will follow
also all bikes, all ages will be able to race and ride ,, yes big bikes u can be a part of the 2up craze too ..

Hey guys, its Billy&Boots from 2up Racing. ,, 2011 was a tough year for all of the motocross industry and the 2up series was really low in attendance, thank u for those that have stuck with us ,, remember we do this for u ,, the pitbike rider ,.. We realize that we must make a change for 2012 and bring something new to the table for all that what to ride minis and also the big bikes as well ..
This is what Boots and I have decided to do ,, We are going to have Happy Ramblers all to ourselves on 3 Saturdays , so what we are going to do is" Ride Days" with a one moto race at the end of the day ,(optional) there will be a separate fee to race, keep a tally of the races,( no awards will be giving at the ride days) and give out the awards to the series top 3 at the end of the year ,, next we will have the 5th annual 2up east coast national on Oct 13/14 ,and then the famous ride day at Boots house in nov

July 7 --happy ramblers Pa ( ride/race day ) gates open 10am $25 for practice and $20 per class to race ,,,
Aug 18-- happy ramblers Pa ( ride/race day) gates open 10am $25 for practice and $20 per class to race
Sept 8 -- englishtown NJ (2up vs. Masters of mini race) $ masters of minis fees ,,
Oct 13 sat -- happy ramblers ..2up eastcoast national practice sat 3pm-dark .. $ 25 for practice all day
Oct 14 sun --happy ramblers ,, 2up eastcoast national race 12 noon start .. $40 per class...Pro/$ Classes $50
Nov 3 2up ride day at boots house .. culpeper va ,, 11am -till ??? $20 per rider

t-bolt ,, your post has the wrong dates ,, can u please edit your post ,, we have no ride day on sept 15 ,, and the nats oct 13/14 sat/sun this year ,,, thanks billy ,,,

sweet man look forward to meeting ya ,, here is what happys said for sat 7/7 ,,
Hi Billy, I got with Sharon this weekend regarding 7/7/12 2up practice/race 10:00 am till 4:00 pm is good $25 to practice $20 to race 1 moto format with the 2nd class being $10 . You can do your classes however but your lineup you sent looks good . If for practice, you combine 250 and 450 and maybe 12/10 open and 12 vegas stock/mod then 88cc and 12 stock and possible youth and peewee that would give you 4 groups and if you did like 10 min each group that would cycle around to about 40 min. and get you maybe 5 rounds then probably start your mottos about 2;30 of course you can do it anyway but if you keep it completely broken down for all 8 classes that would cycle every 1 hour 20 min and only get about 3 rounds at 10 min. So anyway is fine just something to think about . Unfortunately Sunday will not work , I think I told you that I am out of town Thurs thru Sunday and just driving down for the Saturday practice/race. And Smoke and Sharon will be unavailable Saturday night and Sunday. So there will be no overnite on Saturday or riding Sunday . Sorry any other time we are always avail to stay so please just let me know ahead of time so we can make it work! I will see you on the 7th please let me know of anything else I can help with. Kim PS If you come up with a firm schedule send it to me and I will get printed up to hand out at the gate Saturday morning so everyone will no what is going on.

Racing at Ramblers

The information above that Billy had written about is for the first race on July 7th 2012 which is a Saturday. I double checked the Ramblers site and the National in Oct is on the 12th & 13th (Fri, Sat) The information for that race will be out soon. But like last year Fri afternoon/evening was practice and racing Saturday. This will be up to Billy as far as the exact schedule. As far as the the July 7th practice/moto be sure to come out for the 1st 2up race of the season 2up needs your support so we can all have a great season. Looking forward to seeing everyone on the 7th. By the way Ramblers has made many changes to the track , new jumps, turns etc. We still have the same great track crew and for those of you that came out last year even though the rain scared off a few no that all the rain we had days prior to the national didn't effect the track and it was in awesome shape! so come check it out! See you soon.

I'LL see what I can do. If I can get Kyle to run up there and get some shots and post them. Also not mentioned in the early posts regarding fees there will be a $10 per person gate fee (rider or non rider)

kim we are having the nats on sunday this year ,, i think we will get a better turn out ,, what do u think ,,, practice on sat race on sun ,, ????
