I dont know if anyone is interested, but I thought I would share my mini track build with you guys. Im in the Houston area and I hate practice fees and un-prepped tracks, so that gave me a great idea. We are about to find out what can be done with 20 acres, unlimited dirt, and some heavy equipment. ...Another operator would be too much to ask. I tried to get my wife on the 544 so I could run the D-8, but she wasnt into it at all. It even has AC! If anyone is interested in a ride day, roll-call below, I should be done by next week... weather permitting.

This is a Table-top, its going to be around 30'.

This will be a ryhthm section

Roughing in a berm.

Just kinda throwing dirt around, and letting ideas hit me. Please, if you think you will want to ride here, share your ideas and Ill make em happen. Im going to start building the dragons back tomorrow, it will be around 8'-10' tall. Hope you guys enjoy.

Thanks everyone. You DFW guys are welcome to come down when its finished, and there are plenty of cheap motels just minutes from my track. Ill try to keep the pics coming until then. Give me some ideas people! Whoops or no whoops? Tables or step-up? Doubles or triples? Whats something you have always wanted to see on a mini track? Maybe when we are done, we can organize a North TX vs. South TX grudge race... Maybe make it an annual thing?

if your open to the public then you should be able make it for any skill level but at the same time still have it demanding for those that like to go big
so make the doubles and triple roll able. whoops are great fun as are step up jumps
with 20 acres you could have multiple mini tracks, sx and mx and beginner

Today I widened everything I had already built to 18'. Afterwards, a step on step off right before the 35' step- up. Made a layout change, added 3 more turns, then a sick hip jump about 6' high in the turn before the whoops. Tomorrows plan is to bowl out the turns, finish the singles and whoops, then groom everything i can before I fall out. I can see the flow of it as Im building, and theres going to be plenty of options for those who use their imagination. Sorry, I forgot my camera today, so Ill update with pics when I get done tomorrow.

Looks good. I'm jealous of that dirt. Seems so loamy and wonderful. Lol. My track is clay based so my girlfriend bought me 22 tons of sand last year to add to dirt. Lol still no where close to Texas or Georgia dirt. Best dirt I've riden on was GPF track in Georgia.

@motoxracer943 Your track is pretty sick... but more importantly dude, your girlfriend is a keeper! What a cool chick to bomb your track with 22 tons of sand. I have an amazing wife who supports everything I do, I just cant get her to participate. She will go and hang out, but she says "the dirt is too dirty". lol

Lol haha my girl rides she will hang out at the track. She is a track girl at heart, if only she would clean my filters and wash my bike then I'll put a ring on that finger lol. No she is great. Ur track looks very nice. Wish I lives closer.

Man I wish I was closer that track looks great and my wife will hang out by the track in my backyard and stop watch my laps for me and tell we my last whip looked like shit lol. But she won't wash my bike or filters....

Haha. I'm going to try and talk her into washing my bike and I'll snap a real quick picture of it and post it on the forum. Lol then I will frame it in my garage to remember the good ole days lol hahaha.

I hope he updates us with pictures of the track soon.
