BBR Perimeter 50 Build :)

those are fast as all hell. ive raced against baggett when he ran them for red baron. motors were unbelievable. i have the 119 dohc and it rips up top, just has no bottom. that motor prolly has the perfect combo of torque and top end. cheaper than a honda based motor too.

i always thought the DOHC motors were cool looking but ive read too many times that there high maintenance, i think its the valves that suffer
thats why i dont have one
i had a Tak 124 +R when they first came out and it was unridable on small minicross tracks that was a BBR super pro set up
but i had the Special clutch and Tak inner rotor i forget the gearing i had but it might had been 15/34 it would whip you off the back in 3rd gear so quick
i had to ride MX tracks in the end and it killed minis for me for a few years

you guys have actually seen them already lol , i got my plastics back from my old bbr50 , so ill have matching geicos again lol

thanks bean i rode it at my buddys b4 i got it and it seemed pretty fast but i couldnt get on it because the rear wheel was rigged on his bike lol. I plan on adjusting valves and changing oil and filter b4 it gets fired back up !

and tiss28 ya i plan on busting it out whenever it gets done , im kinda putting it to the side for a bit to finish my 110 because my suspension comes back from FEAL on thursday. so depending on my funds i may send my 50 suspension to feal as well !

also got some updated pics of a clean motor ! waiting on clutch cable , and powdercoating and i can start assembly !
