Just putting Honda z50 motor back together. When I put the cylinder head cover on and tighten the acorn nuts, it seems like it causes the piston to jam up on certain strokes. When I spin the fly wheel the motor turns over and only goes so far and jams up and have spin it in the opposite direction.
When I loosen the acorn nuts on the cylinder head, it is fine. Do I have a valve problem or am I not suppose to tightness those nuts. I just cleaned up the motor and put new gaskets in it, no piston or ring work done. Any help would be appreciated.
