these are icon 90 wheels with stock tires. they need to be cleaned but....they already have heavy duty spokes. normal wear and tear nicks from riding. the rear wheel needs to be true'd...it's not bent just out of balance. i've riden on it and there is a slight wobble to the eye but not noticable while riding. i'd suggest getting it true'd or doing it yourself....i just really suck at doing it. $175 shipped.
