The wheels are not in good condition. A lot of chrome plate flaking off. If anything I was gonna sell just the 4 bolt hub set.

The hubs are good physical condition. The paints a little chippy here and there. They're still bolted to the rims and on the bike still so I can't really check the bearings. What's a good way to tell if they're good/bad?
