This build will take a bit longer than my build since my brother is not in a rush to complete his project. He seem to be taking it easy and not in a rush like myself.



Will update once more parts start to arrive:D

Finally some update with this build : )



My brother move over to BKK from TW last year and have since left this project to me. I have been given the task of finishing this project for my brother.



Recently, we have been designing part for this project.



We will mostly be using our own design and manufacture parts on this build.

We have also design our own lightweight rearstep. It is highly adjustable and we are getting it patented at the moment and will show it as soon as it is patented : )

Kevin, looking good as usual man! I like the 72-78 style tank, I think that shape is my favorite. Your original post said you guys were designing a single sided swingarm. Have you guys changed your mind or wouldn't it work?

Hi Dan, We have design a single sided swingarm. My bro have left the country and basically I am left with this unfinish project.... Seem like I will be the one riding the bike and not my bro, I think I will have to pay for it so back to basic on this swingarm thing...



The Tank we have now is a Monkey FI tank from Shift Up in Japan. We will be making our own alloy gas tank in the near future : )



Here is a more recent CAD file of the OV-33 project. We have redesign and light weight a few parts and added a few other parts into the CAD file : )

Would you be willing to give a copy of that CAD file out? I'd love to play around with it, but don't have enough experience yet to do one myself that well. Like a template file I mean.

Hello, unfortunately it is business property and we have hire a design team to work for us so it doesn't come free : )

I really like your helmet setup... looks great : )

Understandable, easy helmet mod just get some fake fur, some spray paint, a few stickers... oh and use http://www.gorillaglue.com/



It is more a joke, OSHA orange, safety in colors
