Where can I buy one of the mounts for the front number plate. The thing that mounts underneath the clamp.

Please let me know where I can buy these.

Thanks,

TJ

If you want one for a stock 50 front end they just bolt on under the fender and then that piece folds up over the bars and clips over the stem bolt unless there is a factory option? If you want one for like a BBR e-6 or sp5 front end I checked their site and they don't appear to sell that part but I could make you one and just send it to you for like the $2 it would cost to ship, gosh might even have one lying around. What front end do you have?

Sure man I can do that, would you like it out of aluminum or steel? I can tap and thread either. Any chance you know what size bolt threads into that plate? I only have stock front forks and BBR full kits but a buddie has that top piece and I will go look at his and just make it for that, I am guess its basically universal.

haha no worries man I have soooo much metal at my disposal I could probably make you a stainless one too. Ok man shoot me a PM with your name and address and I will try to get it out to you in the next few days and I will let you know when I do. And actually don't worry about the cost on shipping either just help a guy out next time you can or something

Hey so I thought I would post the pics of the piece I made for ya up here in case someone else needs one or something. The aluminum one is from BBR and the steel one is the one that I made and sent you. Went with steel so you can beat the crap outta it. Its Tig welded so the weld is very strong and not brittle. Not that you are going to go ramming stuff hahaha. I also welded a guide circle for the number plate on and included a washer that will sink into the Number plate as well. The big washer will hold the plate one. The stainless allen is standard 1/4-20. And I included a used allen that is metric and should be the correct one for your upper plate. Hope it all works out and if you need anything in the future dont hesitate to ask!
