Not necessarily so...

That right side engine cover was used on the CL70, the CT70H, the SL70, the XL70, all made by Honda over 35 years ago, and still found today on eBay. It is also presently sold by TrailBikes (and others) for anyone wanting a manual clutch on any 50-based horizontal engine.

Do your homework before you make such unfounded statements

His swingarm was rubbing his pipe a little. That Yosh pipe would have to of been shimmed like 3 inchs to clear the swingarm so he cut the one tube and had an extra tube re-welded to get the strength back. Its hidden in the pick. As for the fork tubes being to far down. On a roadrace bike you want the front low and the rear a little taller.. DIRT bikes come TALL in the front and lower in the rear for stability and hitting things with the front wheel.. So dirtbikes need lowered in the front for street use. IF he raised it up he would push mid corner when picking up the gass and it helps with turn in and quickness of direction change. It keeps the front turning and he added more fork oil to limit the travell as to not bottom out aginst the tripple. On the kart tracks we race on there pretty smooth so you dont need more than a couple inchs of travel...

We have been racing SEMRA for over 5 years now and this setup has been copied 50 times as itis the fastest bike at a SEMRA race is a 50 just like his.. ONLY a guy on a 150R built buy Brian Livingood has a fser lap time for the weekend. That chassie with a Takegawa 124+R end up being faster than the fastest Supermoto bike for the weekend. Trust me its a good setup if you can squeeze on it. It is small and anything over 80mph then you have problems with headshake and it gets to twitch on 10in tires... I got the exact same setup with a 184V2 makeing over 20hp.. Now I can pull 150Rs down the straights all day lol.. That short wheelbase with that engine and I grin everytime I ride...
