The Track is built and better than ever.

Okay guy's. I am getting excited. This will be the best IWN we have ever had. The track is almost done and now all we do is water and pack for a week. Not bigger, just better. Flows real good. Three table tops, a double/triple, another double a drop off jump and two powder turns and two real cool berms. Lots of block passing opportunities.

Garner Snake. Good Question.

Costs: Pro: $30 entry. pre entry, $35 at the gate plus a $20 pit pass.

The line pits are free should reflect that the indoor pits have no cost this year. No other cost's.

I dont have a prob with the pit pass, although our last one at the last race was only 15.00 All I want is a clarification on what the fees are, Now the fact that we are paying to be the entertainment for all the spectators does urk me a bit, Never seen spectaters come to watch a motionless track yet. But hey as far back as I can remember very few tracks gave the racers a free gate pass.

Never take it personal. For a pit bike rider, there just arnt alot of options, even as much as I enjoy racing these things, but its time like these when times are tough you evaluate where your moneys goin. Plannin on makin the trek to your race in stillwater on the 19th, any idea what that will cost me two sign up for two classes lodging and gate fees, So askin what it cost us and what the fees are for really should not be an issue. Promoters need to sit back and look at the racers point of veiw as well as we as racers need to understand there side, happy medium in the middle should be met. Without racers promoters have nothin to promote, and without promoters racers have less options to line up.

I agree. In fact one of the reasons I decided to start putting on events was because I was one of the biggest criticizers of how races were ran. I kind of decided to put my money where my mouth is and do it the way I thought it should be done.

Now that I've put on some races my outlook is COMPLETELY different. I know the time, money, energy, etc. involved in putting these things on. I'm putting on a full blown Arenacross race in April that's going to cost well over $25k to put on.

I don't want to Hi-jack the guys thread or anything, but would be happy to go over the fees in our races thread.
