I've got an oil leak coming from behind the shiny chrome cover on my TB manual clutch. Everything still works fine but the seal for the push rod is all torn up and leaks oil pretty good. Anyone know where I can get just the seal? I emailed them but I haven't heard a response yet.

Hate to dig up an old thread but just in case anyone digs this thread up in a search in the future, I finally replaced the seal and fixed the leak. I got the part number for the seal from bikebandit.com and went to my local Honda dealer (who are usually really cool) and tried to order the seal. They said it was discontinued and Honda didn't make it any more

Well I went to bikebandit and ordered the seal and a few other things (they have good prices on tires so I bought a new set of MX51 tires too) and the seal shows up on my door step in a week. So I'm not really sure what the dealer was talking about. I had never ordered anything from bikebandit.com but they turned out to be a pretty good site. They didn't gouge me for shipping even with the tires and they sourced the seal I needed too keep my right foot from getting all oily when I ride! Nice.

It should be part #16 in the diagram below, and according to HERE it is still available from Honda as part #91201-035-010 - seal, oil (12x21x4)

Yep thats the seal that was causing my leak. Im not sure how it happened but the inner lip of the seal was torn almost completely off. I pryed it out with a small pick and lightly hammered it back in with a socket. I replaced gasket #4 too just in case. Now I just need to pray that the TB clutch will hold up to 108cc :D

It's also that odd, "left over" seal in a TB seal kit, FWIW;)
Hah, I wondered about that. Thats good to know. They should list what seals come with that kit you know? Instead of just showing four seals? For future reference, what seals are those exactly besides the manual clutch seal?
