I am going to do a top end on my 2005 Xtreme CR2 (bigger piston). I am not worried about doing it, but I would like something to use as a reference if I get in trouble. Is there a repair manual for these bikes? I also need torque specs for when I put it back together. I have done a big bore on my KLX110 and I am figuring that they should be similiar.

Should be easier than the KLX110. A clymer manual for a CRF50 will have the same basic steps. Idea is the same, the cylinder is taller though...longer stroke... you will be fine, a top end is cake.

8 ft/lbs of torque on the stud nuts.

I use .05mm for valve clearance.
