Carb parts needed and Identification HELP!!

I had a post before my carb wouldnt idle well i never saw a carb with the f/a under the carb by the bowl but the hole screw fell out where can i get one?

I can take a pic in a little and get it on here. Its a Mikuni but idk the size i see a 22 printed on it but idk if its one?





any help will be cool:p
