Anybody else Ice race their minis? Me and my brother are gonna set up a track on our pond.

Track options:

1. Oval

2. Bean shaped

3. TT style, with a wedge and maybe a jump.

But I'll post back with a weekend to ride if anybody is interested!

Winter '03 before I headed out to the sand box to play it snowed in the seattle area BAD. My buddy is from there, so we bailed off base before it was shut down, and went to his parrent's place. Black top drive way up one side of the house feeding the house behind, soft right left right curves, tight right, then onto gravel logging road, back around the other side of the house, with a tigher set of left right left right, to the main road, for the finishing straight. pavement was ice, 1" of pack, 2" of powder one the track.

FUN as hell with some dunlops, highsided 5 times. Somewhere around my house is the video.

We ride on my pond every winter, last track I did was almost like a light bulb and even stock motors would give 88 W/Head a hard time it wasnt that big but really fun. Just remember studs hurt when your buddy hits the side and you get pile driven into the side of him. Either make them easily rode through or prepare to get sliced.

If you got the room do 2 tracks one with some turns and one oval track.

definetly the tt track with some jumps. That would be sick
