I have 3 bikes that need custom brake lines including this one and I haven't had the motivation to finish them up. Now the weather is warming up, I should be able to get back to business.

It's on the backburner while I'm finishing up some other non-motorcycle related projects. You are welcome to purchase it and finish the build in less then 3-4 manhours.

Just need to purchase and bleed brake lines, install a couple of misc. pieces, and dial in the motor.

I'll eventually get it done.

Hey Z,

Sorry to dig up an older thread. Great EVERYTHING by the way..... You've passed on the burden of spending too much money. I have a question about your gcraft swingarm you bought in the begining. The gcraft +6cm monoshock swing arm. How much did you pay? I'll understand if you don't want to spill the beans, but I can't find it any cheaper then about 800 bucks!

G-craft only sells the triple square tubing swing arms for the ZB if I remember right. This is why they are so much, and that is just what they go for. I'm selling an underbraced one in great shape, check out my for sale ad.

I actually won't be finishing up this bike. The bike is in process of being sold and the new owner can take the reigns and finish the project. I flat out don't have the time these days and the bike will soon find a new home.

That is no good to hear. I have been waiting to see an update. Will the new owner be on the forums? I would love to see what happens from here on.

Hello PlanetMini world. I will be the new owner of this Awesome ZB50. Z and Myself have made an agreement and i am very happy with the purchase. As you all know Z loves quality, as he only used Top Shelf components. And it only makes sense that i continue the tradition, becuase i love quality also. So one step at a time!!...Let me get this Bike in my hands first and we will go from there.

Welcome mate. Glad to hear that the bike will be getting the same love and quality items that have made this build what it is. I am looking forward to what you will do with the bike. Any plans yet?

Thank you, Once the sale is finalized(which will be very, very soon!!!.) Only Top Shelf Japanese parts and Takegawa engine will be used. In my talks with Z, he made me realize that the japanese have incredible quality standards. It all costs ALOT more, but in the end, The results are night and day!! If i'm doing this, it will be done right. The process will be slow due to how much i've invested on the bike alone(no engine), Z invested in the best parts he could source and when he named his price, I agreed. No questions asked. ....P.S. Brodie, i love your Z50 hardtail you entered in the mini contest. That is what i want my 1969 K1 hardtail to look like!!...
