it looks like its for a drz125 or klx125 or a vertical motor.

Yeah I was thinking along the lines of a KLX125 or DRZ125 maybe?? IDK though.

Don't give up! I've had a similar problem with a set of forks. I made his name public, because he didn't reply. All of a sudden he agreed to sort it out. Some other guys reponded who got ripped off by the very same person, too. Good luck!!!
