Need Help...Trying to ID A Bike

I need some help trying to identify this bike...

I know its not exactly the kind of mini usually on this site, but I have a chance to but it for around $150 and im trying to decide if its a good deal. All I know is that it is 100cc. I have been looking to find a good deal on these things, they look like a blast to ride around my neighborhood (out in country, no worry about the 5-0). Anyone know about these things, or maybe a good pocketbike forum where I can find some info.

Its only $150! you cant go wrong, if all your doing is cruising the streets with it..... sounds like a good deal to me

they fall apart on the streets! ridden one and the brakes didnt work, the clutch was shot, and all the bearings were TOAST. 150$ 2day adventure.

my friend has 1 as a joke, its shit slow acceleration and its the SAME as the bike in the pic, its very loud too..
