So Ive acquired myself the above, and Im wondering whats the best set up. I know there are other posts on here but I cant get a clear answer. Some sites such as Tbolt suggest the NAPE needle as the one that works best with 4 strokes. BUT, other mini sites suggest the JJH needle being the one for 4 strokes???? What gives? I'd like to know what needle that I am supposed to run on my Zonger 155, and what the difference between them are. Any reliable info would be greatly appreciated!

I run the stock 2 stroke needle and it is puuuuuuuuuuuurfect!

Which would be??? I have both the nape, and the jjh (which is installed now). My nape is bent a little though, and if thats the one to go with Id like to know so i can replace it. The nape looks slimmer, which the JJH is beefier. Also, Ive heard they have stiffer springs for 4 strokes. How can I get one? and why would i need one? Seems like it would be more arm pump to me. IDK, I havnt tried it yet.....

we use the jjh needle and use the stock throttle spring off the stock carb better return i have been told the carb was a 2 stroke with oil mixture now you are running dry no lube thats why you need a little more spring.

Why dont you just try both? maybe 10 minite swap?

Because the nape needle i recieved is bent a little bit. I straightened it out as much as possible, but dont like fact that its not perfect, (yes Im a pefectionist). From what i understand, one is a little leaner than the other. You can bet i will be trying both, but id like to know which the carb guru's are running, because im not much of a carb guy.

I'm running the jjh with a 115 main and 42 or 45 pilot on my 177 +r and it's dead on. I ran a 110 main with my 150+r with the same results.I spent as many hrs. jetting as riding one year to get everything figured out for these pitbikes .Oh yeah I'm running 50/50 premium and 114 race fuel also.

Im running the exact same setup as 50Whip (45 pilot) on my klx with 172 motor. The only thing that pisses me off is that the air filters that BBR sells specifically for the 28mm carb doesnt fit, so I have a uflow coming to see if that works better.
