I don't think there's really much of a difference. Iv used a sik110's ott brake lever and a BBR ott brake lever. They both performed the same and I never had any problems with either of them. I think it's all about how much you want to spend.
I've had the steel one marketed under CHP and others, the two bros one, the brand-x one and a Sano one. Sano is best by far. Have not had a BBR one...

i love my sik110s. the tip is great and nice and sharp, only comes in black tho.. there all good imo (except brand x)
