I have a GPX160 and it kicked back the other day and now the Kick start doesn't return. I took it apart expecting to find a chipped tooth or something , but i couldn't see anything wrong. Can someone tell me what to look for?

Make sure the spring is in the right place. Look at the bearings, and make surethe shaft isn't bent
If you have the clutch cover off and the problem isn’t the gear on the kick starter shaft, you are unfortunately going to have to dig deeper. My YX160 did the same thing to me and resulted in a cracked case.
