order from pitster.. i think im missing some stuff

Ordered stage 3 155z kit..



Missing cam gear cover for the v2 head

And i thought the kit came with a throttle cable and air filter..??????

2 weeks later and i still cant ride the thing :(



Anyone chime in and tell me if i am soupose to get any of the above..

Id call pitster but there closed.

Yea thats the problem when you purchase a V2 head new it dosent come with that stuff. On Trail Bikes web site it dosent show that stuff. You use the ones off of the stock head.. A V2 head new dosent come with cam cover or rocker covers..You have to use the old cam gear even or stock cam gear..

when you buy the engine as an assembled package you get those covers installed, when you buy the components seperatly you get just those components ordered.

Ill call tommorow.. However what i dont understand is the difference between the stage 2 kit and stage 3 kit.. i paid 140$ more for a stage 3 kit for basically a carburator and install kit.. on my recipt it says i paid 89$ for the carb.. i would have been better off to order stage 2 kit and buy the 160 carb kit that comes with throttle cable and everything... I thought it came with that whole package..

I will do what I can to research this, I am in the tech dept, but, when you call I will go upstairs and go over it with you and see what I can do to make it workout for you.
