Light or heavy rust?... For light rust I would buy some swimming pool acid and see if cleans it up, if not you will have to get a new skyteam tank or seal the inside of the ZB tank with Kreem or POR15 tank sealer.

Spend a week reading through the ZB50 forums. You'll want to remove the rust inside tank with a battery charger, a soda wash and a homemade sacrificial diode.

There are numerous writeups on PM about this. Then coat it with the POR 15 tank goo.

Or do what I did and purchase a NOS tank, strip it down and custom paint it.

Not sure what you are exactly looking for.? Do you need the battery to use an electric starter? If not I got a battery from Pitster for my street legal LXR lighting kit that is only about 3" tall x 4" long x 1" wide. It is a 12v nicad rechargeable battery.
